A rather large branch of 6-7 feet has fallen off the tree outside my house.
2025-26 season stats:

Season total: 0.5 cm and TWO traces!

Oh,yes, it was hwy 8. That's the one I took 14 yrs ago from Merritt to Spences bridge on the way to Whistler from Kelowna in the summer. That Duffey lake road was awesome, I thought the snow capped mountains were more scenic than the sea to sky.

Global had a story regarding hiway 8 last year l recall saying it was repaired but recommended local traffic only.
I'm not sure how far along now perhaps Drive B.C. or Google might have more info. on it. :dunno:

I'm not impressed with the winds in the Abby area at the moment. It appears to be windier at home at the pond.

CPC ENSO Discussion update from yesterday says the ENSO 3.4 temperature is now at 0.2C.
