AbbyJr wrote: Mon Jun 03, 2024 10:57 am Looks like the potential heatwave next weekend has been toned down significantly. Unless it reverts back to warmer solutions, I'd have to give a lot of credit to the Euro AI, GFS, and GEM models. For the most part, they never bought into the heat ridge scenario that was shown on some of the Euro deterministic runs a few days ago. At this rate, even the upper 20's will be hard to do. But thankfully, it still look's dry and warm. Just not hot.

In other news, my station recorded 48mm in the past 24 hours. Significant storm total for this time of year.

Looks pretty wet across Canada the next 2 weeks, which is great after a dry winter and dry 2023.

Also a mild November. The mild November + La Niña combo has introduced some of our snowiest winters.
It's called clown range for a reason.

The latest forecast from TWN for Langley over the next 14 days is for max temps around 26C but mostly in the lower 20s with highs at 10-13C. Perfect. One of the models on the EPSGram had another rain storm mid-month.
