Thought it might be just since midnight, since Coquitlam almost always gets more than MBY. Up to 112 mm storm total here, and forecast is for it to rain all day and into tomorrow morning. About 15 mm in the last hour alone. This is surreal.
It's called clown range for a reason.

All the records in 24 h, 12 h, 6 h and 2 h are shattered in Coquitlam. The record in 48 h will follow.
Max 23.5 mm in 1 h, only surpassed by the exceptional storm of Sept. 2014 (28 mm/1 h).
