You can't make this up. The media is wild This is why nobody believes the alerts and warnings when severe weather does come. Calling for an arctic outbreak and snow is just stupid...

The winter jokes continue February snows suck melted by sunrise, accumulations only after sunset.

There's been a few winters where I have thrown in the towel and been pleasantly surprised. 1988/ 89, 1989/90, 1995/96 to mention a few. We'll have to see how it plays.

I admittedly haven't been on much due to work, but every time I come on, I see posts. Maybe I'm just not around enough to understand. But I much rather be on a small, possibly inactive forum than one that constantly berates people for not posting fantasy land maps. Just my opinion, though.

I actually think we will get at least some cold onshore flow with marginal low elevation snow chances. Potential for more significant cold but my confidence in that is low. But as always, I will be monitoring the model trends and sharing clown range entertainment on here.
