NAM is out to lunch for tomorrow if we look at the other models. You'd need about 250-300m of elevation at least and even then ratios would be much lower than 10:1. If I was a betting man, I'd say Pomoman might see 5-10 cm before it switches to rain overnight and that's probably it.
