I’m hoping for atleast one snowball. Who gets the face wash is yet to be named.Monty wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2025 8:54 pm Yea. I’d be happy with enough snow to do some sledding. Like 10cm and then a week of cold weather.
You don’t actually have 7 kids do you. Like when did that happen.![]()
I’d really like to quit my snow removal jobs. It sucks when I have to take off every morning after it snows. I just want to stay home and enjoy it. I keep threatening to quit them and then I don’t.

Re: January 2025 Forecasts And Discussions
The 00Z Euro continues to show insane snowfall totals for the Lower Mainland Sunday. Look at these 24hr totals. I'd expect to see this from the GFS within 300hrs. I've never seen the Euro show this much snow even at the 360hr range. Not saying it will verify but it can't be dismissed either.
Map valid Sunday at 1:00AM to Monday at 1:00AM:

Dropped quickly here! Down to 2.2c from high of 7c and dp 0! But no precipwetcoast91 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2025 7:47 pm Not quite seeing the crash I expected to see tonight on the Island. Some runs were hinting at squall developing and ushering cold air behind it. Looks like it will be a gradual cooldown with dropping dewpoints.
Warmed up over the LM. So much so that it is raining on Cypress. Cooldown here will be gradual as well...

00Z Euro is holding on to a snowier solution.

This is the worst model ever made, next one is Nam period.
HRDPS and RGEM all the way. Not sure about the Euro but HRDPS nailed the last year big snowfall.
