5-10cm is fine going into an extended cold snap if the 12z ECMWF is to be believed. We haven't had one since Dec 2021, or Feb 2019 going further back.

Can confirm that it is dumping snow in Abby. Just walked out of the Walmart on Sumas to a nice surprise! :flakey:

Lots of snow coming down in Chilliwack around the little mountain area. Big flakes blowing from the northwest. Not sticking. Temperature is 2*

South Sardis nothing but it's approaching from the west.

Still snowing moderately but backing off a bit, temp actually dipped slightly below freezing, -0.1C now.

Looks like maybe 5 cm on the ground.

Very good trends for the Island. That low pulling further off the coast along the outflow means more :flakey: :flakey:

If the 18Z Euro concurs with the GFS, this could be one of the most epic rug pulls in recent years.
