I was looking at its position across the strait; it seems to be stalled just south of Campbell River and NW of Texada Island.

Re: February 2025 Forecasts And Discussions
Switching between steady light and moderate snow where I am. Would have to venture out to deterine how much but probably new 10cm from eyeballing. We still had 3 cm left from yesterday. Sky is bright but still snow and fog up here. Always frickin foggy here.

Re: February 2025 Forecasts And Discussions
I think my radar hasn't updated the position, because Fanny Bay and Qualicum are well below freezing, where as parksville and Nanoose are still above. I would guess the front is further south. Oh and thanks for suggesting the my radar appSouthSardiswx wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2025 11:14 am Oh right the NW quadrant of the Arctic fart eventually the east quadrant and NW quadrant of the Arctic fart will meet up where l''m not sure probably as it moves out over Vancouver Island l guess or pushes into Washington state.

Yes it was updating yesterday at a decent clip sometimes it'll go 6 hours in between usually when you want to check the weather maps, the precip updates often though.

Re: February 2025 Forecasts And Discussions
Hopefully we see a few decent bands move in later this afternoon and into the evening as it cools down with the front pushing in. Might get some convergence if we're lucky.Canada Goose wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2025 11:16 am Unfortunately, I'm not joking...
