And it looks like some of that moisture from the southern jet is going to get sucked up into that Low...possibly adding to more snow??
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

Look at the latest satellite, with another Low forming to the W of Olympic peninsula and heading E/NE. This is the problem that is on schedule to arrive here for thursday. Imcgo, this looks to put out more than just a few flurries in only some of the local areas here.
I would like to hear anyones thoughts. :ghug:
Not sure yet. Mesoscale models might give us a clearer picture by tomorrow. Gfs had it too far south.

EC 4pm forecast calls for light precip anounts over the next few days...but we will see. Good time for them to miss and we get more snow instead 8-)

It's been pretty quiet on here this afternoon. I guess everyone was burnt out from tracking all that snow over the last few days and the unpredictability of it.

Often the models don't pick on snowfall events here in the mid to long range and the ones they do very rarely verify. I'd be surprised if we didn't get more snow before this arctic blast ends. But it's by no means guaranteed. Hopefully we can get a surface low form and take the sweet track. :flakey:

I think Nito is actually secretly on Team Snow because he keeps pooh-poohing our chances with the utmost certainty and then we get snow and cold every time.

Clear nights will maximize radiational cooling. Bet EC’s forecast -5˚C for tonight busts. Already -4.1˚C IMBY.
It's called clown range for a reason.
