Positive anomalies in winter.
Negative anomalies in the spring.

I thought it was the future forecast good try Glace not bad the stock market has futures why not weather can't be any worse then the 7 day how much rain or snow will fall in 3 weeks you can plan accordingly.

Fortunately tomorrow and Saturday is looking cooler and wetter. Also good news is we should get brushed by a weak system on Monday and Tuesday to keep us cloudy and cool before rain returns mid week!
