Two days ago I would have agreed with you, but then the Liberals released their platform with more Trudeau style spending.

You can bookmark this: I think this will shift the polls because it's going to shift the spotlight from Trump to Liberal overspending, and their lead will fully slip away by voting day. Their one saving grace is that so many are voting early that people can't change their minds. But my prediction is that election day voters will be decided to vote conservative in such high numbers that the Liberals lose (despite holding a 5 point lead at the moment).

Good point. Hopefully the Conservatives win. Voting for Carney is essentially voting for another Trudeau term.

I agree with you, and the people that voted early had their mind made up for months already. I don’t think they were gonna be changed. It’s the ones that go last higher chance of switching

They're being roasted for taking so long. They should have had it ready to go the moment the Liberals posted their platform. The cynic will say they are using the Liberal platform to fine tune their own. Either way, really bad optics.

Great public speaker, but unfortunately turned out to be extremely corrupt, just like his successor, which was the main reason why the BC Liberals ultimately collapsed as a political force in the province.

I don't disagree they should have already released it.

Not to mention waiting until advanced polls are closed. Whether that matters or not is debatable, but the optics aren't great.
