While I prefer to use a pen even when writing in birthday cards, I don't think anybody is actually tampering with election votes. There's literally zero evidence of that. If this is happening, show some proof. As a centre-right conservative myself, these conspiracy theories drive me absolutely nuts.

I’m probably the furthest left of anyone here and I always use pen and ink when filling out my (US, not a Canadian citizen yet) ballot. It’s such a simple measure and it does make fraud harder. Election officials in Washington state even recommend using pen and ink for these very reasons.

That said, there has been a lot of smoke blown (particularly from the pro-Trump camp) about election tampering in the USA, yet despite that surprisingly few people willing to testify so under oath in court. Which, I think, says something.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Is taking ballot boxes home by elections volunteers/workers standard practice? Not a good look if it is.

It's interesting how the Conservatives are supposed to win the most seats in BC despite the collapse of the NDP and the Greens. Last time the Liberals won the most seats in the province.

But Ontario is where the election is won and lost, and it appears the Liberals will win most seats there. Oh, and Quebec is important too.

How is this for a tight 3-way race... https://338canada.com/24075e.htm

It's very early. 6-3 Liberal now. Only a 9 ridings with results and some with like 100 votes total. I think CPC wins, but it's only a feeling and not based on data.

Liberals are now up 14-5 but still early. I think Conservatives win minority but if I were a Liberal supporter, I would be very happy right now. I just don't know how people can vote for Mark Carney with all his lying, condescension and huge conflicts of interest.
