Maybe the Conservatives and Bloc will team up to topple the Liberal minority?

The big takeaway is a lot of normally NDP and Bloc voters really didn't like Poilievre.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Trump has previously said that he would rather work with a Liberal than a Conservative. Well, here's what he had to say earlier today:

Elect the man who has the strength and wisdom to cut your taxes in half, increase your military power, for free, to the highest level in the World, have your Car, Steel, Aluminum, Lumber, Energy, and all other businesses, QUADRUPLE in size, WITH ZERO TARIFFS OR TAXES, if Canada becomes the cherished 51st. State of the United States of America.

That statement affirms why Trump wants to work with a Liberal. He knows he's more likely to get what he wants under their leadership.

Apparently not enough Canadians got the memo.  :x :x

It seems to me that the Liberals will form a minority, unless they form a CAC with NDP or BQ.

Given how well a past confidence and supply agreement just worked out for the NDP, my money is on that not happening this time.

Carney keeps talking honesty, integrity, humility, except all the condescending comments made to other people, lying about things that have happened during the election campaign, tax avoidance, lots of shady business at brookfield, etc.

Their vote collapsed and they have lost official party status... worst result since the 1993 election.

Based on his speech, likely will stay on as leader even if he loses his seat. A CPC MP may have to step down so he can run in a by-election... similar to Christy Clark here in BC in 2013 after she lost her seat to David Eby, and then ran in a by-election in Kelowna.

What does it mean if a party loses official status?

I don't think they can go into the House of Commons but I could be wrong.
