My guess on highest temps anywhere across the Lower Mainland will be 35-36c. Widespread 32-34c readings (except at Sea Island/YVR... as usual ).

Heat warning for the Sunshine Coast. Forecast high today 28c low of 17c, same tomorrow.

Looks like Tuesday will be our last hot day as a cold front will be moving through the interior on Wednesday which will usher in cooler temps despite the dry weather, followed by a bigger cool push with plenty of rain on Friday and Saturday as a relatively strong system drops out of the Gulf of Alaska.

Yes! Thanks for the summary. As much as I don't like the heat I'm enjoying the variety this summer, a little bit of everything.

While I do love the summer heat, this will be a welcome reprieve for many and we do need it. Hopefully it verifies.

Not nearly as humid today as forecasted it will still be hot, but it will be bearable

Looks like it will be a blend of what the RGEM and HRDPS are showing. Very close to the National Blend of Models solution.

That is bad timing. While there is still a lot of uncertainty, unfortunately, I think significant rainfall is likely within that timeframe.

Currently 30.7C with 31% humidity here. YXX is slightly warmer with less humidity. Looks like the RGEM got it right after all despite being an outlier.
