The past two Euro AI ensemble runs show the potential for more heat later in the month. Hopefully Friday's rainfall verifies. :thumbup: :wave:

The 00Z RGEM goes all in on heavy rain for Friday. Looks somewhat muggy as well. Here's the max 3hr, 6hr, 12hr, and 24hr modelled rainfall. :clap: :wave:

We need the rain.

Many conifer trees are in rather bad shape. Exercise caution in hiking trails as I have seen some branches suddenly fall.

Any pineapples 🍍 hit you on the head as a child EL Neetz :lol: Ty for that heads up heading to a local hiking trail tomorrow in the central valley desert myself so l will be watching out.

It's still looking like a possible 30-50 mm from Friday-Saturday with most falling on Friday.

Happy to see John is o.k. :thumbup: after this insane heat bomb. :crazy: l'm always concerned about the elderly during our major but rare weather events.
