28 : 39,8

I was there in August 2021 when Port Alberni hit... 39.8°C. :D These are my photos.

42.7°C in June 2021. Also 45.5°C in Alberni Robertson Creek but this station reads too high.

Up until June 2021, the July 2009 heatwave was one of the most memorable heat events around here. Abbotsford hit 38C. :clap: :wave:

I don't see any smoke in the central valley desert from the Sailor Bar Yale fire just haze. :wtf:

Looking north from Downtown Vancouver towards the Rapid Creek Fire (near Capilano Lake) in late June 1925 during one of the most significant heatwaves in recorded history. Temp peaked at 37.2c (99f) in New Westminster on June 25th, 1925. The fire would continue to burn through the summer with smoke being a persistent issue as documented in the local papers at the time.

Look at how high the humidity is, in the 90's they must be sweltering with that 15c. :lol: :lol:

EC was right on here, called for high of 28c and we got 28.9c.
