My final storm total was 64.4mm with 58.9mm yesterday and another 5.5mm after midnight. I was definitely not expecting that much rain.

And right up next to the mountains, so more clouds and precip than down in Chilliwack during the winter.

Goose may win after all. Just 0.5 mm so far.Rubus_Leucodermis wrote: ↑Tue Sep 30, 2025 9:53 am If I get at least 4.7 mm before midnight (seems likely, EC is calling for 10–15 mm) I will be officially “lucky” per @Canada Goose’s definition: “If we have 50 mm we will be lucky….”
It's called clown range for a reason.

Re: September 2025 Forecasts and Discussions
Agassiz recorded a peak snow depth of 57cm on December 30th, 2017. Harrison would likely be similar. Meanwhile, Abby got a big ice storm.
In all honesty, that December 2017 setup was so close to being a top tier snow maker even as far west of Abby. Just not quite enough upper level cold. Given the track of the lows, that event would have looked similar to December 1996 had there been a stronger arctic airmass entrenched.
