-1.6°C Vancouver YVR, 3rd latest first frost since records began. 2nd latest was last year (Dec. 1).

Low 0.4C here. Not really any frost as the air is too dry.

1985 gave us one of the best snow events in Victoria in the latter half of November.

That was one of the most anomalous cold snaps on record. First or second in November terms, with 1896. Nothing else comes close.
