Heat signal is nearly gone...replaced by a potential AR pattern and slightly cool troughing.

Lame.

Ended up with 1 cm here. Now mixing with rain and melting.

Looks like around 5cm up here. Snow picking back up.
Burnaby Mountain @ 365 m..

Stats? Fresh out of those. But I win anyway. I got all the inches.

Convective flurries are some of the best snows imo. I miss those days :x :x

some of those inland sections on Van Isl get a lot of snow especially once you get past 100m elevation. Of course like 300m+ theres even more

Looks like Hrrr and 3K Nam are out on snow overnight. So another big L for the euro snow maps, big surprise.

Yup, the HRDPS stands alone. Would inspire confidence if another of the meso models was on board.

You can see why as the airmass aloft is slowly moderating already and a S/SE wind is kicking up temps at the surface. Could see our last lowland slushfall on Fri morning.

It will be mostly rain on the local ski hills tomorrow. Thurs to Saturday look more pleasant up there. For all intents and purposes...this is the last good weekend up there. Lots of mild rain will obliterate snowpack next week.
