Worried about the winds tomorrow and Friday night. Tomorrow looks like southerlies exceeding 70km/hr gusts and Fridays could be near 90km/hr based on the ECMWF run.

Friday into Saturday looks really exciting weatherwise. Been a while since we have seen a dynamic frontal system like this.

That's some insane rain followed by a wicked cold front that could bring some squall like tstorms. ECMWF showing a sub 980 low forming and making landfall on the sunshine coast. 60-90km/hr SE to SW winds?
ANYTHING would be more exciting than the shlock we've been getting. Let's get some flooding!
