Curious...turned to 100% rain and now we're back to snow. Guess the consensus is it wont last for long. :?

edit: kind of heavy snow actually. Is this north shore overflow snow or coming up from the south?

Weird, thought that was it, you're right, near blizzard again, clearing over the Nshore I think its just passing over us now.

Just once it'd be nice to have a heavy band of snow set up right over us for a bit.
Precip rates dragging the temp down, but it's right on the edge of rain.

down by second narrows on the north shore. its a very very wet snow changing between rain and snow.
Up the hill in lynn valley it is still snowing pretty good. 6 - 8 cm so far up there.

Picked up 4.5cm with the earlier band. Daily total 6.5cm.

Radar is looking decent again but precip is now falling as graupel.

Though I'm not complaining as my elevation is only 25m. Being north of the fraser really helps in marginal setups like this

That band is just hitting me now. A mix of ice pellets and big flakes. :meh2:
