Could be, just thinking we don't need a long period of freezing rain. The one l experienced in Dec/17 in Mission was bad enough. Never lost power at home just tree branches crashing down on our roof was scary enough.

Keep in mind, we are all family here. A family of weather lovers. Sometimes we get mad and fight with each other. SO? This happens in real families too. Accept that it is part of life and don't take it personal. It's ok to get mad or upset at someone, but it takes a wise person to let it slide afterwards and realize without your family, what is really left?

Most people outside of a weather forum would think we are all losers because we geek out about weather, so we have to stay strong together. We can't be enemies among ourselves for our love for weather. We are a small group. We don't want to be like the American Forum.

0.4c and a couple flakes falling. I would be surprised to get more than 5cm before the transition to rain.
Why not try cycling to work, grocery store, anywhere!

l agree Hound sometimes l step away from the board you have to if you have family but it's fun when we get weather like this. You dont have to like what everyone posts so just skip it don't reply with a rude comment just looks like your looking for a fight. So you had a bad day we all do don't take it out on strangers you don't really know.

Does anyone know the North Shore freezing level in the afternoon tomorrow? I want to hike a Dog Mountain at Seymour with the kiddos but only if it’s not raining. Automated forecasts say rising freezing level in the afternoon but those automated forecasts suck.
