I find the snowflakes are often a little bit behind the radar. That said, I see them in the streetlights!

Precip overhead (apparently heavy), wind still from the east, no temperature rise yet, but about 1 degree. And still nothing. No rain, no snow. Any ideas as to why?

It does that when the precip is really light. Wet bulb is still very near 0, ought to help.
