Yeah had some pretty decent flurries coming down at my place. Unfortunately no accumulation - however yesterday we had quite the hailstorm that left it completely white for an hour or two. Was neat!

It's cold but the monthly record low is much colder than that (-34.4C)!

It actually bottomed out at -9.9C, making it the 3rd coldest April temperature on record.

Here's the fascinating thing. Kelowna has only ever been below -10C twice in April, both times in 2008. The all time coldest on record was set near the end of the month... on the 21st!

1) -11C on April 21st, 2008
2) -10.6C on April 1st, 2008
3) -9-9C on April 2nd, 2020
4) -9.9C on April 3rd, 2007

Yup, totally white here in E. Abby again. Just had a big hail/snow shower event (within reason for the time of year I guess) - Crazy
