Why does EC have it in their forecast that we have widespread smoke the next 3-4 days at least??

Just my guess but...... models don’t really do a great job with inversions and the lowest levels of the atmosphere, especially when things are so stagnant. They are probably thinking it’s going to take a more substantial flush of clean air to really break things up. Maybe the weekend

I noticed they are not at all accurate, I started watching it 2 days ago and it showed clear skies on both days...nope. Now I don't bother going there at all.

Smoke is thinning at the surface. Sun is out and can see blue sky overhead finally. Visibility is still relatively poor though.

I honestly think all they are trying to say is that some of your posts come off as if your purposely trying to get a reaction out of people off posts that are not weather related. Then you act surprised and shocked when you get the reaction you were looking for.

Let's just keep things calm since no one said you had to stop posting lol If me and Hawk still choose to post after our many famous bird fights I'm sure you can handle it.

Maybe later Thursday but best dynamics look to be to our south in the modelling that I’ve seen

Another showery evening out there. Models seem to be converging on our first jet extension of the season later next week. Probably won’t be much but it’s a sign of fall.

People with interests in Atlantic Canada should keep their eye on Teddy. Some fairly impactful Hurricane possibilities in the modelling with that.

Thick, yellowish-brown fog this morning. Can barely see across the street.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Looks like a wet second half of September. The CPC is showing higher probs for above median precip for both the 6-10 and 8-14 day outlooks. Let's just hope that rain goes south where they really need it.

GEM has a juiced up AR pointed at us a week from today. Very very wet for September if that verifies
