LOL I should have specified my elevation is 72 m but I guess a bona fide ice age works too

00Z GFS with the rug pull. Operational showed maybe a dusting near mountains but WRF with zilch as snow levels remain near 300m. GEM and NAM showing 1-3cm.

Absolute insane windstorm shown on the 12Z WRF-GFS. That massive low crosses Central Vancouver Island on this run.

Expect widespread severe wind damage under a solution like that.

The strongest winds would come a few frames later as pressures begin to rise.

For comparison here was the big windstorm in December 2018
