As much as I normally love crazy weather, I'm gonna hope we don't see anything too damaging or with too many impacts...2020 has been "extra" enough. LOL

For comparison here was the big windstorm in December 2018

So would this be similar to the December 2018 storm?

I mean the models are gonna change every 6hrs for the next 3 days at least but right now gradients look a little weaker. There is a lot of low pressure over the NE pacific

The HRDPS is the most pessimistic of the mesoscale models, but it shows some snow too.

Absolutely adorable Jr. I'll never forget when the wife and l went up to 70 Mile House to pick up our little Lhasa Apso pup. That was just over 7 years ago but seems like yesterday, she'll always be our baby. :D

So the snowfall warning is just for North shore and Coquitlam/Maple Ridge? Everyone else is still under an SWS. I dunno if this makes me particularly hopeful for the situation but IS kinda early in the season so we will take what we can get, right?
