Slush here and that’s being generous, should I expect a switchover sometime soon?

Worst thing is we are supposed to clear overnight with wet ground and slush...flash freeze. Tomorrows morning commute looks ugly.

Fairly heavy mixed precip here, bordering on wet snow. Was mostly rain half an hour ago so we may transition to snow soon.

Currently 2.4c, dp 0.9c.

Just had a report on the American forum that the snow level is around 250 m in the hills just to my south.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Abby_wx wrote: Mon Nov 09, 2020 4:58 pm We've collectively lost our minds paying 1.2 M for houses that are not even in Vancouver, and not a mansion on at least an acre of land. I remember when those same houses were selling for under 200K.

That's cool... is A&W still there? I know the Quiznos is gone. By the way, I remember before that plaza was even built... there were three very old abandoned houses from the 1930's. I remember when they were clearing the land I found an old Orange Crush bottle... good times.
Ya, my parents bout a big house in the late 90's in a new subdivision. Paid 300k for it. Prices are not anywhere near what they should be now.
Many old houses have been torn down and more larger houses built.
Popeye's is going where Quizno's used to be. We have Tim's, A&W, 2 Sushi joints, a Pho restaurant, and a bunch of other things. A&W is always busy, Tim's has taken at least a 0% drop compared to past years.

A lot of neglect from the city. Roads are crap, intersections are poorly planned, and we still lack a traffic light on the offramp of Hwy1 onto 104 Ave. Accidents there all the time.
