Re: November 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
Had a couple 70 km/h gusts.
I noticed the pressure is really dropping fast all of a sudden. It's been yo-yoing up and down all morning.

Re: November 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
Looks like the low is just barely north of Vancouver island... maybe a touch east of where it was modelled to be.

Getting some very strong gusts now. Definitely in the ~70km/hr range. Saw a couple small branches and garbage cans blow across the street.

Re: November 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
I'm near 5 and steveston kinda close to the dyke. I've said this a lot but Richmond has a lot of microclimates in itself. There is many times YVR can be reporting rain at 1c and where I am 15 minutes away it can be 0.2c and snowing. The other Richmond guy on here a couple years ago said it was snowing where he was and it was plain rain for me 10 minutes away lolVanCitySouth wrote: ↑Tue Nov 17, 2020 11:18 am I'm sure it's been asked before, but where in Richmond are you?

Power has flickered here a couple of times. It's been pretty gusty at times.

Solander bottomed out at 963 mb...must have been very close to the low centre.
