That’s intriguing. First time the 3km NAM has shown accumulating snow over parts of the Lower Mainland for this event.

I just checked out some of the webcams around barrie ontario and I must say, im not that blown away. Only one blizzard scene and one photo i could see bare ground. So you see the snow isn't always whiter on the other side.

Meanwhile here we are getting steamrolled by the rain train. This is why we are the envy of Canada I guess?
