Just saw the precip maps. Stunned. Most precip splits or stay's offshore.

That's it Jr. Winter's done. :x

Well even I got nothing overnight. Just rain mixed with snow at times. I wonder where the snow level ended up dropping to. I don’t have any tools to find out but I’m willing to bet 400 to 500 m. Aggravatingly close lol.
Burnaby Mountain @ 365 m..

Stats? Fresh out of those. But I win anyway. I got all the inches.

Bad winter for you to benefit Pornoman..being a LaNina and all. Even 1200 feet ASL is very sad :shh:
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

Hopefully lots of that precip in the next week manages to save some of itself for the Similkameen..to turn an already snowy start into a solid mid winter snowpack

No, it is definitely not over. The SSW event has just started. The downstream effects won’t be realized or picked up by the models for at least another week.

Could be better, could be worse.

I took a peek at the CMC as well, a little worse for Sunday afternoon. The crappy thing is the break in the precip appears to be in the evening/night time but that is obviously not an ideal time to drive that sucker. Another thing to keep in mind is that it appears to get slammed overnight on Saturday so the highway could potentially be closed in the morning.

Oh and just a quick note, I am easily one of the lesser weather pros on here so I hope I'm wrong about my interpretation for your sake ;)
