Not usually a good area for snow...

Low elevation
Vulnerable to downsloping S or SE winds
Vulnerable to drying NE or E winds.

As funny as it was, the prediction of a snow funnel cake eerily true today to our neighbors to the south.
Apparently outsude Battle Ground, WA, northeast suburb of Portland, had a funnel cloud thunderstorm that produced graupel and snow earlier this afternoon.
Must’ve been quite a sight!

Looks like around 30-40 cm to me, but I'd imagine there was some compacting and melting.
