There will be a widespread 10 to 20 cm of lowland snow in the first half of April. (Don’t laugh. It has happened before. It can happen again.)

That will be the heaviest snowfall of the season for most of us.

Then it will all melt the next day. Because April.

It's actually ridiculous how this winter unfolded.

How in the world does a -ENSO/+QB0/SSW/MJO phase 7 not deliver?

I'm beginning to think all these ingredients listed above are just over hyped and that our best winters occur when we least expect it.

Some of the greatest winters in the PNW were actually El Nino.

It's frustrating but I won't give up on winter until late February.
