Probably both. I want to ice fish in -16c and windchill of -30..it feels good to finally be able to freeze again..may not even get cold locally with most of the cold sliding east

I'll wait another cupla days before I jump the fun again. It looks to me like that cold air will be a glancing blow and most of it's going to slide to the east of the coast mountains with the bulk of it east of the Rockies
