Still lots of very cold members on the ensembles. I like this chart because it shows all of the individual members. Gives a better picture of possible outcomes than whats represented in the mean. Not saying the mean has no value, but it can be misleading when there are polar opposite members in the ensembles. :thumbup:

06z GFS looks improved over the 00z.

850mb temps drop to -12c at YVR by Tuesday morning.

E.C. appears to now be on board with colder temps. early next week check out The southern interior/the canyon and Squimish. Now lets get some moisture in here and an update from the master himself WP, all those that said February may deliver take a bow. Jr. Monty. :clap: Oh wow P.G. -33c next week, Willy's Puddle -30c :o so which model lead the way? oh poop l just thought of something what if this collapses after all it's only Thursday. And look what happened 2 weeks ago. :lol:

What did the other models show? "IF" the cold even gets here...looks meh like H5 L-4 kinda avg..dry..again meh. It will probably be an anus outflow like is all too common. :roll: :roll:

The initial trough doesn’t quite dig as much as the 6z but it’s really not too much of a difference. Looks like that Alaskan vortex is finally starting to disappear mid week tho which might help us in the long run...we shall see :think:

Yep cold and dry. Think early February 2014. Oregon snowstorms. #teamdry will be happy.
