Won't help as the upper levels begin to warm hence the ice storm. Of course, these details will change on every run apparently.

The high in the interior flushes out a ton of low level cold out to the south coast. Gusty outflow winds.

That would be pretty crazy. Last major ice storm across metro vancouver was in December 1996.

Still going into Saturday morning. Finally shuts off near 10am.
