Yeah, its the US navy model. Does not have good accuracy scores from what I know, though I do remember it doing well with a couple of the oregon snowstorms in Dec 2016.

More than likely a coincidence. The 12Z Euro today was awful today. I don't think one particular run time has a bias. But I could be wrong. Regardless, its best to always be cautious in our climate.

Currently -6.1c low -9.6c dewpoint -17.6c
wind gust 27kmh, peak gust @ 5a.m. 55kmh. my high was -5.9c not a bad outbreak.
