From internet. In Europe run 7 km and globally 13 km.

ICON (Global German Standard)

Created by the German Meteorological Service (Deutscher Wetterdienst), the ICON is generally considered to be even more accurate than the ECMWF due to the better resolution, albeit only in Europe.

I thought I read that some of the parameters in the model are more similar to mesoscale models. Which are generally better in short range forecasts than mid and long range.

Maybe white rock gets clipped?

Temp -7ËšC, DP -18ËšC. A bit of a disappointment in the cold department.
It's called clown range for a reason.

currently -6C and -17 dew point with RH at 40%, got down to -7 earlier :totalfreeze:

I'm quite happy to see the RH rise, at one point last evening my indoor (in a room with a fireplace) and outdoor RH were 26% and 27% respectively.
definitely liking these new models, they clip the peninsula :D :wsnow:
