Ah, I only got 8.8 mm of precipitation over the last week. Many areas of the valley got even less (1.2mm in Agassiz).

I know you didn't get much precip, seems like we have had a few events locally the last couple of years with steady
snow but little accumulations. Don't remember this happening much when I was younger or maybe my 56 yr old brain
just can't pull it from the memory bank.

NAM showing snow for Western sections of Metro Van on Thurs AM. Precip looks rather light but can see 2-4cm. Valley shield goes up and prevents moisture from entering till the rain comes with the warmer air.
