That’s promising heading into next winter. I wonder about the dynamics behind the atmosphere and the lack of coupling to the El Niño conditions. High of 17.3° today,nice to see considering EC's forecasted high of 13°, once I saw mainly blue sky this morning I knew it was going to be over 15° and another shorts day.
