Let it get it out of its system now. In January, when systems are dropping snow, it can track further north.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Well, they've upped it to a 60% chance of showers today and tonight. Still seems comically underdone, but we shall see...

How does highs of 35ËšC with a dew point of -20ËšC sound? It sounds like June in New Mexico (the hottest driest month), where I am visiting my Mom. Cactus picks this time of year to flower.

Absolutely stunning shots, so vivid and colorful Rubes.

Hay hay, whatayasay. With Junuary in full effect it's nice to have a natural gas fireplace that's included in the strata fees. Heating also included but unfortunately the boiler needs replacement. Having said that we might get some decent temps in the next 3 days. . wait, EC might have changed their minds.

You bet Gumply wait 5 minutes and EC will change the forecast here, no need to move to the prairies.

It looks like the Sunday system is going to give southern Oregon a good soaking. It would be nice to see that go a couple hundred miles to the south and drench northern California. They desperately need it. The Tuesday system seems to be giving us more of a direct hit. Watch that change to a 30% chance of showers.
