Well it is nearly 34 Celsius at my house already, and it's not even 2:00 p.m.. and the coming days are going to be significantly hotter, today was only forecast at 32 Max temperature so they are way off

I just made toast on the deck, no point heating the house up.

I wondered about watering the roof to cool the house down, my house is just about the same temp as outside now at 2pm and yes, it will work quite well. Indeed. I don't think anyone is saying it (humidity) will be extreme. The point Chris Doyle and others are illustrating is that it is going to get awfully uncomfortable for our region.

Crazy how many places are 35 or more on the Humidex already, and it's only 2 pm...
