Also, YXX just hit 39.0C. I wonder if we can squeeze out 40C by 5 or 6 PM? It will be close. I think at least 40C is a lock for tomorrow though.

I'm sorry to hear. :thumbdown: From what I understand, the heat puts a lot of stress on the electrical equipment. Hopefully BC Hydro is able to fix it quickly so you get your power back soon. :thumbup:

I knew it, the Squamish river rises during hot spells and there is still high elevation snowpack plus all the glaciers. I wouldn't be surprised if there is flooding on the upper Squamish in the next couple of days.
