The province is warning of level 4 (out of 5) drought on the South coast and some other areas in the interior. For the Metro Van reservoir levels there is no problem at all. Right where it should be, in fact almost at the level of the previous 2 years which were not dry summers at all. I could see a problem if we get an "Indian summer" and dry weather well into October (like 2012) or even November! (Like 2002 and some of those years in the late 80s).

Agree l find these Feb. scenarios like a slap in the face.
After all it's pretty much the start of the end to winter higher sun angles. Any snow that does fall during daytime ptetty much melts.
