It's been raining here, not really hard but definitely enough to get everything wet.

Mix of high level smoke and clouds here.

Some blue/green spots on the radar to the west...
It always snows in December in the Kootenays

Lovely having afew of our mainstay members returning, can only mean fall is around the corner or it's already slapped us in the face. strap yourself in for another wild ride of it's always 10 days away.
And our favorite drunkle uncle GooFass returns. :shifty:

oh I saw radar returns on the EC website and just assumed it was working because earlier this summer there would not have been radar returns for rain this light.

I think we're due for a classic Christmas holiday blast but I also thought that the last few years too.

Agreed. I'd say we're probably more due for something big in November rather than December.

Perhaps we'll see two separate events in each month, though arctic blasts in both months back-to-back aren't very common, especially compared with the Dec/Jan or Jan/Feb combos.

I wonder if there is any way of actually knowing when it goes into operation? One of you valley guys needs to go out and take some pics of the old location and new location so we can compare them!

The location is the same. Just tower is twice as tall and the golf ball is twice as big.

Anyone know what sort of pollen is flying around this time of year. Probably had my worst allergy day after going most of the year unscathed.
