You look ready to me, you must be hitting the gym hard, but your biceps still need a lot of work.

Nice find! Your hat must have blown off in the wind...or maybe because you're running so fast   Gumpster you'd better watch out this winter unless you've been training hard too.

I gained some weight after I stopped running, but recently I discovered the bow flex machine. I'm 62 years old,I lost 45 lbs, I've thrown away my Depends, I play in a rock band, I spend 2 minutes a day on the bow flex, and I'm in the best shape of my life.

IF I could bet on it I would put all my money on mild every time. Those are just the odds. I think our odds are slightly better this year but that's not saying a lot.

Cold Alaska. 👎 generally would mean limited opportunities at arctic air and perhaps a higher likelihood for an active storm track.

Crazy how the high in Henderickson Creek, AB was just 1.1... but the high in Medicine Hat was 30.4C!

Also, snow in both BC and Alberta...

Intense rain on the N. Shore. There was a heavy snow shower that dropped a quick dusting on the ski hills.
