Re: October 2021 Forecasts and Discussion
This year will be different. The 106.5 PG High will anchor us through a bitterly cold December and January as it pattern locks us back to the 70's

You better hurry up Rubus. IMO you may have less than 30 days to work with. You're going to freeze your Blackberries off in Canada ehRubus_Leucodermis wrote: ↑Mon Oct 25, 2021 7:24 pm Just as long as I can finish moving before it kicks in.

Re: October 2021 Forecasts and Discussion
00Z RGEM shows a major rain event for the Fraser Valley on Thursday. I'd imagine there would be at least some minor flooding if this run verifies. Whats interesting is that it shows the heaviest rain situated further east than usual, so Abbotsford could end up with higher totals this time around than Coquitlam. It all depends on the where the low tracks. We will see.

Widespread 75-150mm daily totals across the lower mainland at face value. Very significant event.AbbyJr wrote: ↑Mon Oct 25, 2021 8:33 pm 00Z RGEM shows a major rain event for the Fraser Valley on Thursday. Re: October 2021 Forecasts and Discussion
From what I can see, the RGEM shows steady rain from around 1AM to 12AM on Thursday. Does the low stall or is it just slow moving?
It looks to me like its just slow moving but correct me if I'm wrong.
