Potentially, we can have a month above 800 mm in Coquitlam.

November 1998 would've likely been up there too.Canada Goose wrote: ↑Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:11 pm November record (since 2014 only) is 608.8 mm. It would have been much more in 1990, 1995, 2006 and 2009.

Relative to current and historic averages YVR probably is in the biggest rut (out of the PNW), snowfall and cold temp wise. Even worse than that #1 complainer from Eugene on the AF.Rubus_Leucodermis wrote: ↑Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:25 pm I’ve lived in snow zones before. Hopefully I get to relive some old memories. We shall see. Some year, this string of losing winters for Vancouver has to end.

The AcuRite Access went on sale on Amazon so I ordered it and it arrived today. Its awesome and works great with my weather station.

Now I can see my temperature readings to the decimal point and all of my station data is stored online. It even shows my hourly precipitation and has battery backup, which is awesome. It's an exciting day for Jr.

Nov 13. For the local mountains this AR/Pineapple Express is dumping snow to start. The freezing levels will Spike up briefly and then Plumett again afterwards. This is like the November's back in the 80s and 90s when the warm front was just a little bump for ~24 hours or so.
I'm sure some Mountains will see 30 cm before it changes to rain

Yeah I love my station but the display doesn't show the decimal point either. It's nice to now have that feature with the Access.Roberts Creeker wrote: ↑Sat Nov 13, 2021 7:38 pm That'll be nice.![]()
My station doesn't keep the decimal points and does some weird rounding so I never really know exactly how cold or hot it was.
