So l'm assuming hiway 1 won't be open anytime soon, l knew that would happen again there wasn't enough time between storms to reduce the water levels especially in the medians.

And there's no way all the water drains by this weekend either. Add in a freeze and it just gets worse.

00z GFS still looks cool and fairly dry later this week. Some modified arctic air trickles into the interior.
