I’d have to fully agree with you on this. The 80s and 90s showed this. Recently this has showed us too. The more average we are, the more boring it stays. Greater warmth leads to greater cold. All about balance and averages. That’s how nature works.

Interesting this year >>we smashed heat records..very early in "summer", like late June. Very unusual for that record setting heat to come so early. This year for November, torrential rains all month long
not to mention a very large (for this area) tornado. Crazy Sh*t Schmidt
Now that Dec arrives, it hits 22+ in Penticton. Wow.
You just know we are going to get smassssssssshed with major snowfalls this winter at some point. Catnip sees it brewing..we all do. I guess its slowly working us into a colder pattern. My guess is right around Dec 20+/-, we will be buried in white
